DESCRIPTION
Patricia Kamara was born in circa late1950's, early 1960's and her country is Anerara, which is near the Utopia region of Central Australia.
Patricia is related to the talented Petyarre family namely Kathleen and Jeannie. Due to this, she paints in a similar style and depicts Bush Medicine and the seeds, berries, fruits and roots. Patricia's long, lyrical brush strokes create depth and movement on the canvas as she depicts the medicine leaves drying in the sun. Patricia also paints Women's Ceremonies, Bush Yam, Body Paint and other aspects of womens's culture.
