This website is operated by Frey Home Pty Ltd (“Frey”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using this website and purchasing products or services from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.


2. Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend products without notice.

We take care to ensure descriptions, images and pricing are accurate. However, errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing or description, we will contact you before processing your order.

Due to variations in screen displays, product colours and finishes may vary slightly from images shown online.

Natural materials (including marble, timber and stone) will vary in tone, veining and markings. These variations are inherent characteristics and not faults.


3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are over 18 years of age

  • All information provided is accurate

  • You are authorised to use the payment method provided

Orders are confirmed once payment has been received and a confirmation email has been issued.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.


4. Shipping

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to circumstances outside our control.

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These are the responsibility of the purchaser.


5. Styling Services

Frey offers interior styling and consultation services.

Full payment is required prior to consultation.

Consultation fees are non-refundable once the appointment has been confirmed.

Where products are sourced as part of a styling service, standard product terms and custom order conditions apply.

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party suppliers, trades or manufacturers.


6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text and design, remains the property of Frey Home Pty Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission.


7. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights available under Australian Consumer Law.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the replacement, repair or refund of goods.


RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY


Change of Mind

We offer refunds on full-priced items for change of mind within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused

  • In original packaging

  • In saleable condition

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Sale or discounted items cannot be returned for change of mind.

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.


Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom-made, bespoke or made-to-order items (including custom cushions) are non-refundable for change of mind.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs.

We will arrange repair, replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
