DESCRIPTION
Margaret Scobie was born in January 1948 at Woola Downs which is an outstation of Ti Tree, a small community 190kms North of Alice Springs. Margaret is a respected elder of her community and is related to many famous Aboriginal artists such as Gloria Petyarre, Emily Kngwarreye and Ada Bird Petyarre. Her unique style gives the impression of the Bush Medicine Leaves and Flowers being moved by the blowing wind.
